I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AIM Consulting Group, LLC (Edina, MN) in Jun 2015
Interview
Was contacted via email to come in for an interview. Met with a recruiter who was wonderful. She asked just the right questions about my background and technologies that allowed me to get comfortable. Toward the end of the interview she delved more deeply into technology. When talking with recruiters I have no idea how much they know about technology, so I always try to keep my answers informational without using too many acronyms or a lot of tech-speak.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AIM Consulting Group, LLC
Interview
It was a terrible process. Very unprofessional. The place seems like an MLM. I had a recruiter based in Chicago contact me, he was very unprofessional, called me at night and pressured to attend an interview the next day. The interview was with some cloud director in Denver. He was rude and spent the whole time talking about himself.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AIM Consulting Group, LLC (Bellevue, WA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter and was told to come in for an interview a couple days later.
It was fairly odd, because the interviewer took virtually most of the time during the process "providing his resource of experience" to me about how I should market myself to the companies he would introduce me to. In varied from what sort of role he sees me more marketable at, what sort of technology to focus to be more marketable, etc.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at AIM Consulting Group, LLC

Pre-Interview:
_________________________________________
Multiple roles are tossed at you in rapid succession. You are constantly pressed to "commit" to working with AIM only. This is the part that led me to stop working with them. I cannot work with any company that assumes they are the only employer anyone would want to work for.

Question 1
Simple technical coding question that can be solved with recursion. Compressed timeframe.
