The process began with an online application, where I answered competency and motivation-based questions. Following that, I was invited to an Assessment Centre. At the Assessment Centre, I first completed a group exercise, which focused on collaborating with others to develop a structured solution to a client-style problem. After that, I undertook an individual task, where I analysed information independently and presented my reasoning. The final stage was an interview, which explored my motivations, understanding of AIG, and how my skills and experiences align with the Multinational graduate role.
