Reasonably short process, positive talks with the interviewers who asked few but detailed qs to test experience and knowledge. Mostly competency based qs were asked, some were technical, perhaps one motivational.
Waste of time. Applied in early September, heard back at the end of the month. Interview has many layers of questions, felt rushed and interviewers didn’t seem engaged with the interview.
The interview process had three stages: an initial screening with the recruiters, a technical interview focused on problem-solving and skills assessment, and a final discussion with the hiring manager about experience and fit.
