AETOS interview questions

Interviewer was unprofessional, late and then driving and parking at an area while having the virtual interview. Kept asking me to repeat myself because she was distracted by the text messages on her phone. Overall just bad vibes.

The interview process was straightforward and organised. I appreciated the clear communication.The interviewers were very approachable, which made it easy to discuss my experience openly and honestly. While physical presence and vigilance are important in many AETOS roles, such as security officers and patrol units, the work also requires strong observation skills, the ability to follow procedures meticulously, and effective communication skills to interact with the public and report incidents accurately.
