It was an extensive interview process that went through to different individuals and eventually a panel and then eventually with the direct manager or team head. The process was a way of finding a good cultural fit for the person being hired.

It was in Dubai but totally under control by Indian lobby. I felt very bad after having very strong profile they selected an very unprofessional indian because HR AND INDIAN LOBBY IS HOLDING MOST OF THE JOBS IN INDIA
