This position is an entry-level job for a recent graduate or for those with 1-2 years of experience. Most of the questions were behavioral questions and experience-based questions. Usually, the first screening process is done via video recording followed by an interview. Microstation knowledge is highly valued.

Applied online,got call from HR. Asked availability for F2F was interview, Technical and HR was on same day. HR gave a brief overview, basic behavior questions, location preference. After that Technical with the Seniors.

Resume based technical questions, fairly simple if you know your CV completely. Basic questions on Aecom, Projects. Nice people, they will make you feel comfortable. They look for confidence and communications skills as well
