      I applied online. I interviewed at AECOM (Knoxville, TN) in Sep 2019

      Interview

      First step: had a phone screening that lasted 15 minutes, addressing basic background questions and experience in translation. After favorably passing stage, scheduled language tests. Step 2: Took 3 hour language tests administered by third-party vendor. Passed tests. Step 3: Was interviewed by project head and leader of contract work fell under. Was asked about previous experience in translation field, recent travel to places where language was spoken. Step 4: Received Offer from hiring manager. Requested a higher figure - about 10% difference from initial offer -which was accepted by hiring manager.
