Received a call shortly a week later to conduct a phone interview and a video interview. Top 3 applicants for the video interview were selected then to go to a meet and greet, followed by the actual in-person interview.
Overall, the process was okay, but soon became a very disappointing experience due to HR being uncoordinated. The initial event was called 'Fantastic Friday' except it occurred on a Wednesday and Thursday. The name was then corrected to 'Terrific Thursday'. The meet-and-greet consisted of the managers you will be interviewing with, as well as all the 30 or so applicants for all various positions. You are then immediately introduced to your competition, which was very interesting.
On the day of the actual interview, applicants were told that they will be scheduled to take a photo, however that did not occur. After the interview, we were told that we would receive a decision by two weeks. Nobody from Aecom ever got back to me.
