Interview
I spent a few hours creating a layout and choosing finishes for the space. It was a long and tedious process but I understand why it was important. It also gave me a chance to sit in the office and observe the environment, which was great.

Question 1
They asked about my background, experience, future goals and also what my strengths and weaknesses are. They also wanted to make sure that I was looking to strengthen where I am weak so as not to only be utilized in one area, which I appreciated.

Have three hour long evaluation by doing a small project, the process is fair and professional. It also offer a reflection on my career development.
the employee there very nice and supportive. Although I didn't fully complete. but I enjoy the challenge.
