Poor Recruiting process.To many departments and no one knows what they are doing. Have had two interviews there both different jobs but times I was asked do you speak SPANISH. This was not on the job profile nor was I asked this by the screener. I have email their recruit manager, no reply. I did not think these large companies could be so careless about what questions their hiring managers can and can not ask. It is ashame, I thought they were better than that.

First round consisted of a virtual interview talking to the computer. I was given 12 questions and had 5 attempts each question to record my response. I was then moved on to in-person interview.

Interview
The initial contact and interview happened pretty fast. It seemed like a great interview. Sent a follow-up email, but they took forever to respond (they delayed their response twice). Moved on in my search after not hearing from them. One month later they emailed saying they chose another candidate.

Terrible interviewing process this is the second time in a month with same experience. Recruiters give star question and it’s the most and dry interview you will ever get. I never heard back from any recruiter this is terrible company look at the other reviews.
