I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP in Sep 2018
Interview
2 step interview process:
Interview 1 was a phone call with a recruiter in California that seems to remotely manage recruitment all over the country. Interviewer had worked the position I was interviewing for and this call was manly focused on informing me about the job and answering surface level questions about the job expectations. She also set me up well for the 2nd interview with what/how to prepare.
Interview 2 was the the regional director of sales and the women that would be my boss if hired. This interview was focused on me and my experiences that have prepared me for this role. A lot of STAR questions.

Question 1
What was a goal that you have accomplished and walk me through the process you took to accomplish this goal?

Interview
I have never had a recruiter no-call no-show for an interview. She reached out to me over LinkedIn and scheduled a meeting but never showed.
She later contacted me to say sorry and scheduled another meeting where I felt she was just doing so to make her feel better.
