you first talk with the CEO, and then they assign you to a coffee chat with another person. During the coffee chat, they sounded like real business people, and telling you the great opportunities ahead of you, and all the money you could make. But what they don't tell you is the that the real job is actually a door to door sales person, and assigning you to a ugly and unsafe neighborhood all by yourself.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ACE (NY) (New York, NY) in Jan 2019

PYRAMID SCHEME!!! This interview was a giant scam, first day was a ten minute interview that was delayed over an hour, second day group interview that was BS, third day I got offer but declined

Interview
There's 2 different interviews. The first one, you go into their office and the interview is 2 minutes. The "CEO" asks you when you can start and that's it. Depending on what you say, will determine if you move to the second interview. I told her I can start in 2 weeks (because I needed to put my 2 weeks in at my other job). Anyway, I got called for the second interview but little did I know, I was seeing what a day "on" the job looked liked. Everyone got separated into small groups. Before I knew it, I was walking into the subway station to go to the Bronx. Our "group leader", an employee "conducting" the interview, was asking us "interview" questions in a busy NYC subway station. She got really annoyed that one us didn't have a metro card and missed the train? The train comes every 2mins. I found it pretty hilarious how she didn't know where she was going and expected us to know where to go without telling us. Off the bat, I knew this "internship" wasn't for me. I looked "upset" so the lady told me to leave and "GOOD LUCK FINDING YOUR WAY BACK HOME". Little did she know I was 15 minutes away from my home. Overall, do not waste your time cold calling and spending your own money on "traveling". Did I mention its competitive pay?
