AB Soft interview questions

3 stage interview . 1) Phone Interview with HR 2) Interview with local It Manager 3) Interview with Director of Operations (RingCentral INC) 4) Offer There was a 5 days gab between phone pre-screening and the first Tech interview. I was interviewed by Alex Tsyban - local IT manager and tech questions were average for this position. After this interview i have interviewed by Dmitriy Shemelinin (Ring Central IT Operations Director) via skype. Interview was quite short and i do not remember anything special from this interview. After this stage there was a gap in 20 days. After that time i was call to HR and seems like that they was forgot about me because i have received an offer a day after that .
