Though they dont have the budget but they take interview and the end of the interview you wont be considered even if you ask the pay with in their budgets

Interview
The so called experienced Manager took interview on telephone. No video, no zoom.
The question he asked were not specific and clear. I don't know he made his mind before interview to not select.
I said whatever is my knowledge i have mentioned on my CV, please ask about it, but he was not interested in that, he asked other question which I didn't had experience off and also non related questions.
Totally bad experience.
My only concern was if he asked specific question related to required position and also the questions should be clear, not asking half and not giving chance to answer.

VRF system components, 2 pipe or 3 pipe VRF system. Explain the AHU components starting from air suction of inlet side in series etc.

Interview
Technical Questions will be asked related to the position applied & the candidate need to answer it fluently with his/her prior experience/teachings. He/she shouldn't be worried about the answer, HR will help in answering the question as well
