Interview not focused on experience dealing with seniors and heart to serve , only looking for staff to run activities. Has no intention to find out the activities seniors prefer to have or interested.

3 interviewers. 2 of them were continuously using mobile phone throughout the interview process. Total disrespect to applicant. One of these 2 mobile phone lovers was asking questions which have no value added or fault finding. The HR did not know what is the value and responsibilities of this position.
