Straightforward, less structured. Very informal. Some drafting tasks were given to evaluate your understanding on the case and your drafting skills. Hiring decision made instantly or unbelievably too fast. Office environment is not good. A small office. You will be interviewed in front of other employees, directors and clients (at least in my case).

Lasted 5 minutes, interviewer bored and kept interrupting me, only looked over my CV and then offered for me to start tomorrow with a 2-week unpaid probation (illegal). Spoke to other candidates, they have been offered the same, so expect the firm to use you as unpaid labour and let you go before probation ends.
