1.) I received an email from the Vice President and COO (its a relatively small company) with some simple questions.
2.) I spoke to the Customer Success Manager over the phone.
3.) I went in for an interview and was interview by 4 people, including the Founder.
Overall, the interview process moved quickly. The interview, in general, was pretty standard. My only problem is that I was offered the position, signed and returned the contract, and was told to wait two weeks before I started. Having a position, I declined other job offers. Two days before I started, the COO told me that the position wasn't available anymore.
I replied to the COO, and then sent out an email to the Customer Success Manager, whom I had interviewed with over the phone and in-person. I asked her what the reason was for their rescinding my job offer (obviously in a polite manner), but received no response.
