I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at 5C Network (Bengaluru) in May 2025
Interview
It was nice. The interview process was smooth and professional. First, I introduced myself and spoke about my background. Then the interviewer asked technical and general questions related to the role. I was also asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. The interview ended with feedback and an opportunity to ask questions.
They’re not just testing my coding skills — they’re observing how I analyze a problem, structure my thoughts, and communicate under pressure. I remind myself to stay calm, think aloud so they understand my reasoning, and show how I approach challenges logically. Even if I get stuck, I’ll discuss possible solutions or trade-offs instead of going silent. Asking clarifying questions shows I value collaboration and accuracy, not just speed. My goal here is to demonstrate problem-solving maturity, not perfection
