Interview
1st interview was more about who I am and learning more about me and the position. 2nd interview was an Excel test (pivot tables, vlookup, etc) Overall, the interviews went great.
The interview started with a more informal overview of my accomplishments and experience. The next round included a skills test which they prepped you for in advance telling you exactly which skills you needed to know so that you were not surprised the day of.
