Very fast-paced but friendly. Everyone, I that I interviewed was great however the recruiter was very pushy which ultimately put me off the experience. Other than that I cant fault 4mation.
- How have you overcome adversity?

1. phone interview (easy behaviour questions) 2. arrange the online interview; the hr message me "good luck with the interview", then the interview should be start from 11:00, no one attend, after that hr message me to cancel the interview; then tell me the customer change the plan, the position need to be hold. really "fantastic" experience
- I can understand it is good for business, let the clients to decide wether they need this position or not, it's not stable for the employees. I think those kinds of disrespect situation would not happen within interview process, but also happen to employees. Really bad reputation! PS: To build up long term good relationship with company customers is extremely significant! hope you can do better in the future

First interview was a call from the hiring manager. The call was pretty much the hiring manager reading off my CV and asking the following questions from my last 3 employments: 1. What was your day to day like? 2. Name one thing you struggled on and how you overcame that. 3. If I were to call your manager from that company what would they say is your greatest strength? 4. If I were to call your manager from that company what would they say is your greatest strength? Just a google calendar invite with no details, no email for additional details except for the fact that it was a technical interview. For the second interview the hiring manager sat in the call muted while their client interviewed me. This was set without me knowing that they were the client. It lead to a very awkward moment when I realised that they were the client and not an internal team interviewing me. No details regarding the fact that the client was interviewing me was provided in the calendar invite. Wasn't even a technical interview. Got a ghosting afterwards.

Interesting and relaxing environment, people are very nice. Got 1 phone and 2 video interview. Interview with quick and easy conversation. Nothing like the "Why we want to hire you" kind of question.
- Tell me about yourself, doesn't have to be related to the job experience. Just be yourself, like getting to know a new friend.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 4mation Technologies (Sydney) in Jun 2021
It took 2 weeks to process. Just like the other normal technical interview. They asked whether u knew some of the skills packages they need for the job. Also, a professional coding test is needed to help them know you better
- Have you heard about solid principle

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at 4mation Technologies (Sydney) in May 2021
Applied for the advertised role online. The interview was fairly straightforward. The process: 1. Phone interview 2. Hackerrank test 3. 1:1 Personal Interview - Behavioural questions on specific scenarios with a client and past experiences. 4. 2:1 Technical Interview - Questions about clean code practice and standards. 5. 1:1 Double Check Interview (We still not sure about you). Chick chat about previous experiences, coding knowledge, etc. 6. No response / No feedback, even after asking for it.
- Tell me about yourself. How do you find working for your current employee? Strengths and weaknesses? Why would you like to join 2mation?

After a relatively straightforward phone conversation, I was asked to attend an interview with them that day- The interview process was well set up- I didnt feel like there were any questions that i couldnt answer, or that werent relative to the role i was interviewing for, and the presentation pre-empted a lot of the questions i had early on, so i could focus on the interview itself. After the initial interview completed, Dane grabbed our CEO for a second interview on the spot, and after a couple of reference checks i had a contract to start the day after- Overall a painless process, particularly when you compare it to the hoops some companies make you jump through.
- Standard behavioural interview questions mainly- Some technical questions pertaining to the role- Nothing of value to share on this platform.

1) Initial phone screen Just your standard phone screen really - make sure you're not mental. Throw in a slight technical question to make sure you know what a computer is, etc. 2) Face to face non-tech interview. Typical face to face with your standard questions - think of a time you screwed up, how did you overcome it, etc. 3) Technical test. Done through hackerrank as hacker style programming challenge. Maybe mid range difficulty if you've done those sorts of things before. You need to have good logic and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to understand a problem. 4) Technical interview. I got stumped on a lot of questions, but apparently that can vary at the moment, depending on who is interviewing. Pretty standard interview process really. Everyone I met throughout that process seemed great.

Started with an initial phone interview, then face to face interview. The time was flexible for me as I work full time and the interview was an in-depth two-way conversation about my past/current experiences and the company.
