      Software Engineer Interview

      Jun 26, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Bengaluru
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 4TiGO (Bengaluru) in Feb 2019

      Interview

There were 3 rounds. 1- A written round with some DSA and CS fundamental questions. 2- Technical discussion with one of the engineers. I applied for a front end position so JS specific questions were asked. 3- Discussion with tech lead. This was a little bit more involved that the second round. Questions were around design patterns for frontend code 4- Discussion with CEO During salary negotiations there were a lot of unnecessary questions about family details like what my father does, etc. Reasons for offer rejection - Working Saturdays - One page offer letter not mentioning salary breakup, etc. On asking for these details, HR responded back saying these details will be given on joining day. Quite fishy.
