They flew the candidates and myself out to their headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. There was a social event with the Optimized Operations (O2) Managers the night before. The managers discussed their career paths and shared more detailed information regarding the program. The next day, they interviewed us, gave us a tour, and a presentation over the O2 program.

I had my first interview on-campus in September with one of the recruiters. Overall, she was very friendly and they focused on a lot of behavioral questions. I got a call within a few days and went to their office in Minneapolis in October. While I was there, she showed us different parts of the site, discussed the rotational program, benefits, and I had 2 interviews. We also got a chance to speak with some of the recent hires into the program.
