The process took about one month. First was a thirty minute phone interview, which I thought was going to be the standard phone screen type thing, but actually was a technical interview asking specific functional and regulatory questions. I had no warning that I was going in to a technical interview. The next round was three separate one hour video interviews (COVID) with two people per interview. Questions were fairly standard, lots of focus on training and influencing people. Third round was a video interview with the department VP, which was a get to know you type situation. I declined the offer because the department seemed completely unorganized and it felt like I would be walking into a mess. I had two separate people call me and interrogate me as to why I declined, which was quite disconcerting.
