Was put in a room with all the other candidates. They all were confused at what or who 3M was…. They had not technical skills and were fairly bland… they all got offers.
Normal process until you get to the interview. The interview consisted of getting interviewed by the entire panel separately then presenting in front of many more people. You choose what you would like to present on and how you would like to do it. They do not make any expression leading on to how you are doing. That was the most intense part of the interview.

Interview
Phone Interview used to screen candidates. Talent Acquisition was looking to pare down candidates before face to face interviews in Maplewood. First step involved a questionnaire. Talent Acquisition called for a 30 minute interview. A second call from the hiring manager followed later the same day.
