Interview
Applied online, received an email to schedule a phone interview less than a week after that. They just asked questions from your resume and some behavioral questions. Was asked if I wanted to be flown out to the HQ in Maplewood right at the end of it.
The on-site interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions (STAR). After that there was lunch and we talked to some O2 engineers. You'll know if you got the offer or not pretty soon after.
1. On campus video interview : 1 sr engineer + 1 current O2. 30 mins typical behavior interview
2. Quick 15 mins phone screen w hiring manager
3. 45 mins final video interview w two leadership in O2. Behavior questions again, no technical

I applied on their website and received an initial interview soon after. The second interview was one week after the first. Neither required technical knowledge. Received an offer less than a week after my second interview.

First round interview with former O2 engineer at my university. Discussing my experiences and why I wanted to join the 3M community. Next round with director of engineering to understand situations I had been in and more qualitative questions.
