Interview
I interviewed with two recruiters at my university, one of them was an alum. It lasted for about 30 minutes and it went by very quickly. The recruiters were nice and were really easy to talk to. The interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions. None of the questions were difficult. Overall a good experience.
3 step interview process that required interview with Hr, hiring manager, and director. It also required a mini case study that took a couple hours. The entire process was fairly standard

I applied and interviewed through my University. It was easy and normal in terms of university recruiting. I applied and then interviewed with two employees one after the other. After that I received a phone call a few days later with an offer.
