After speaking to a recruiter at my university's career fair, she signed me up to interview just two days ahead, which was a surprisingly quick turnaround. There were two people in the interview, both very friendly and welcoming, and only really asked me "soft", nontechnical questions.

It was pretty standard questions with some oddballs. Lasted 30 min, was the last interview of the night (8:30 pm) with the recruiter going on vacation the next day. Did not the internship :c

I applied through university, then attended an on-campus interview, got picked and added to the internal candidate pool. One and a half months later received a phone interview request from a group who found me in that candidate pool.

Very laid back recruiter - mostly a spokesman of the company. Told me a lot about the company and then asked basic questions about myself. "What kind of team player are you?". Asked about my past internship.
