Interview
Easy going, phone interview to ask you a couple things. Then one interview with the direct manager. The interview was like a conversation, not really stressful. Once the interview was over, I got a phone call that I got the job and when I will be available to sign the offer. I started work in less than 2 weeks, the process was pretty smooth.

It is a lengthy process that starts with a head hunter, technical interview, managerial interview, global managerial interview, functional manager interview, and HR interview. The interview process very thorough and somewhat difficult since it is a technical position.

Initial Skype interview with a manager from a different business group that you apply for. Then in person interviews with several managers in the organization that will be hiring you.
The Process was very Organized and Profesional. In the interview with the panel, they made me feel like i was talkin to friends. It was a good experience. the first Phone call (screening call) was very easy, the lay was friendly.
