Interview
1st interview with HR, they talk about the company and want to get to know you. Don't give much information regarding the technical interview. 2nd interview with a Team Leader It consisted only on technical questions, Design Patterns, inheritance and some other concepts.

Interview
You have at least 3 interviews: first with HR ( a basic presentation) and then 2 tecnical interviews where they will ask you stuff about IT. The final interview they will probably tell you an offer.
