More than 4 months long process, very slow. Applied on their company page. 4 rounds, HR screening, hiring manager meeting and case study meeting with the team, followed by an executive committee member final interview. Overall they were nice! However, very dubious and toxic recruitment methods, and a high level of unprofessionalism.
They use candidates for sourcing ideas and strategies without actually hiring. They take candidates to the very last round after months of delayed recruitment process, and do not choose anyone from a large qualified pool of talented candidates. They give zero tangible feedback, keeping the reason for rejection secretive and vague, just to republish the job again the day after rejection with a new improved framework defined during the recruitment process through free consulting received from candidates.
I would strongly advise against applying unless you wish to consult them on their strategy for free, they’re unprofessional and do not merit your time.
