Does The Salvation Army offer dental insurance?

Pros

Outstanding benefits including health, rx, vision, dental, hearing, pension, short and long term disability insurance, life insurance, numerous paid holidays and generous PTO policy. Fantastic work/ life balance opportunity. Team philosophy, where team members can become like family.

Cons

Frequent changes in leadership. Lack of communication with many field officers. Many field officers not properly trained and with lack of general business acumen.

Advice to Management

More emphasis on holding field leadership accountable for communication and cooperation with divisional staff who are trying only to assist them. Better planning and assistance for those relocating into new appointments within the division. Facilitation of better communication between departments within headquarters itself as well as with leadership and staff throughout the division.
