Pros

Exposure to large software enterprise solutions and notable clients. Opportunity to work across the spectrum of project phases.

Cons

Unfair treatment: Contributed significantly to the business but was passed over for promotions. Lack of support: Struggled with inadequate admin support and a complicated expense reimbursement process. Work-Life Balance: Faced high levels of stress, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, without proper managerial support.

Advice to Management

Invest in your top talent. A business is only as good as the people who run it, and failing to recognize and nurture high-performing employees is a missed opportunity.

Pros

I recently joined MNP as a HR assistant, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the company's high moral principles and careful onboarding process. From day one, I noticed how the company values honesty, integrity, and transparency in all their interactions. This has created a positive work environment that is supportive and encouraging. The onboarding process at MNP is also top-notch. They take a very careful approach to onboarding, which helped me feel more comfortable and confident in my new role. The resources and support provided during the onboarding process were invaluable, and I felt fully equipped to tackle my job responsibilities. From the moment I started working here, I was impressed with the friendly and supportive colleagues who made me feel welcome and valued. The work environment is also very positive, with clean and organized workspaces that contribute to a productive and comfortable workplace. In addition to the great working conditions, MNP also offers many opportunities for growth and development. The company encourages employees to learn new skills and take on new challenges, providing training programs and other resources to support personal and professional growth. Overall, my experience at MNP has exceeded my expectations. It's a place where I want to work, not just need to work, and I'm grateful to be part of such a great workplace.

Cons

Maybe I can say something in future, not now.

Pros

The hiring process from interview to offer to onboarding was fantastic - everything was well organized and communicated. Expectations were clear and a buddy is assigned to help answer questions as you go.

Cons

Busy season is well busy, but there is a big focus on work life balance and outside of those 3-5 months it is actively encouraged. You are working with multiple partners at the same time so you have to learn their individual preferences.

Pros

Many great team members. Interesting work.

Cons

The performance review process and methods for making compensation or promotion decisions is a joke. Compensation and progression is not based on performance. Conflicting messages from the partnership group on how to advocate for your performance.

Advice to Management

If you want to transition to a new delivery model, you need to create adequate processes for measuring performance before implementing new methods for determining compensation and promotions. For many of us, the project managers and partners we work with the most have almost no impact on the outcome of our performance review, career progression, and compensation.
