      Pros

Good benefits, up-to-date instruments, stable career, unionized for lab operation employees, great coworkers.

      Cons

Disconnect between managements and lab operation employees. Bloated with too many middle managements trying to make too many changes without input or consideration of lab employees. Lack of opportunities to climb up since nepotism is rampant. Operated like a factory where quantity matters more than quality, except during inspection when quality appeared prioritized. Forced overtime to meet the government's required TAT. Many burn out employees and employees turnover.
