Does Indeed offer dental insurance?

Pros

I have been working at Indeed for 3 years now. This is an honest review and I can honestly say that I really love working at Indeed. I work in the UK Growth A department and I have to say that I go to work with a smile on my face every day. The team I am on is amazing and I have really grown in so many ways. There is a really healthy culture of inclusion here, everybody is respected and appreciated. Indeed knows how to look after their staff. I have been so impressed with how they have handled this difficult time through COVID and the uncertainty that surrounds it all. Culture is first and foremost at this company. Yes you have to work hard but hard work is rewarded, the team spirit in Growth A is second to none. There are many great inclusion groups at Indeed, from "Women at Indeed" to parents inclusion groups, LGBT and many more. We also have great benefits such as PTO, healthcare, dental care and much more. Indeed has not only helped my career but it has been so supportive in my personal life, even offering support through difficult times and particularly my director has been so supportive. I can not express my gratitude enough for having been hired at this company. So if you are thinking of starting a career in sales, Indeed is one of the best companies you could choose.

Cons

To be honest, I have not found any, sales is always going to a tough job but the rewards are greater.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.

We also have great benefits such as PTO, healthcare, dental care and much more.

Does Indeed offer parental leave?

Pros

I cannot speak highly enough of Indeed. The culture of the client success department is fantastic. Everyday we are encouraged to make sure we are getting our breaks, taking annual leave, logging off on time and wrapping up early on a Friday. Productivity is really high because everyone is genuinely motivated. Managers are wonderful and genuinely kind. No burn out and clients are engaged so you enjoy the work.

Cons

The only con is that some account executives and sales reps can be horrific to work with. Some really horrible people there. But CS management are v supportive if any issues

Advice to Management

Keep showing compassion to employees, it’s working :)

Does Indeed offer a wellness program?

Pros

Great health benefits and other exclusive perks but many are for PERMANENT employees only They really try their best for employee wellbeing - Friendly workmates - Casual dress code - Free food and drinks - Relaxed, fun work culture - Regular social events - Great place for graduates to start their career - Diverse cultural background employees

Cons

- Limited growth in the Sydney headquarter - Extremely high turnover rate (Every month at least one person in our team would either quit themselves including a few managers, or could be fired on the spot because they couldn't reach their KPI) - The product Indeed selling is not appealing enough and they are not willing to orientate it to fit the APAC market well - Had to handle an enormous amount of client complaints due to the weakness of the product - Felt like scamming clients because the product you are offering is not good enough because you already knew that they wont get good candidates (mostly overseas applicants) - Limited communication from the US updates about the website, leaving us unaware of changes made to the website when we tried to communicate with clients - What you always hear when you gave feedback to managers is "You know we cant do anything about that" because themselves also realise they have limited power to change anything - You get promoted based on whether your senior manager like you or not, not by how long you've been worked for. I've seen employees who definitely deserve a promotion with great performance and can give constructive feedback working for 2 -3 years but still in the same position since they started

Advice to Management

- Improve product offering to better suit market needs and realise that you have to improve this before you can beat SEEK in Australia - Allow lower level employees to have a better say about product offering directly to senior leadership team - Do not be too confident about your product offering, one size doesn't fit all

They really try their best for employee wellbeing
