Does EY offer dental insurance?

Pros

Good benefits like private medical and dental Nice offices Great investment in learning and development

Cons

Terrible work life balance Boring / difficult work, often completely outwith your area of expertise Tiny / £0 bonuses, even for great performance Culture of blame and bullying among senior staff Don't practice what we preach in terms of wellbeing - some people have been driven to such stress that they have become ill People seem to be seen as nothing more than "bodies" to be resourced on to client work with no regard for their skills or preferences

Does EY have a pension plan?

Pros

Great culture, very mindful of employees , good competitive pay , amazing leadership , good increment year over year, pension plan , good reputation and AMAZING leadership ( Kelly)

Cons

Bad 401 plans and vesting period, if you are an avid stock market investor - you cannot invest in 30 to 40 % of all stocks available to you, this is such a downside. They have an unlimited leave policy, the concept is soo negative for employees.

Advice to Management

we need new 401k plan and vesting policies , we dont want unlimited vacation

Does EY offer a wellness program?

Pros

- Great network of people to work with - Wellness benefits are amazing (75% reimbursement of a wide-range of items that are considered for your well-being, up to $1000 can be reimbursed every year)

Cons

Work life balance is nearly non-existent. You are expected to work x amount of chargeable hours per week (average is 45 hours for IT audit) and fit room in your schedule to attend internal initiative-type meetings, so your hours go well into the night. Most projects go over the timeframe and you end up juggling between multiple projects.

Advice to Management

Don't preach about work life balance when project/work is structured to work 45+ hours per week.
