My role has changed dramatically, kicking off as a RG Officer back in 2015 by being solely responsible for the RG element and procedures, to growing the function to a full-blown team of 4 RG analysts covering all aspects of RG and Player protection along with our most recent task of handling Customer complaints directed at Tipico.
