Press Ganey Celebrates Community Service Month For the past several years, Press Ganey has held an annual Community Service Day at each of their office locations to support their commitment to giving back to the community. This year, the COVID-19 pandemic challenged us to think of ways we could continue to give back to our communities, while keeping the safety of our associates and neighbors our highest priority. So we designated the month of August as Community Service Month and offered 8 hours of paid time off to associates to volunteer, either virtually or socially-distanced. Associates donated their time at many great organizations, like Busy Hands, Clean Up – Give Back, American Red Cross, and several local hospitals, schools and churches. We’re proud to give back to our communities, especially during this challenging time.

To honor the commitment of our associates, we are proud to announce the launch of the Press Ganey COVID-19 Associate Emergency Fund. This fund is designed to provide a form of relief for associates who are coping with unexpected hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In support of the fund, Press Ganey Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick T. Ryan, and Vice-Chairman, Joe Greskoviak, have donated their salaries for the months of April and May. We as a company are filled with people who are passionate about reducing suffering and supporting those in need. The steps we take to help each other in times like these are what makes Press Ganey a truly special organization.
