She joined ML almost 20 years ago as our first sales development specialist after a successful career as a consultant with Deloitte and later a top 1% producer for Robert Half International. Her outstanding performance and commitment saw her wear many hats over the years, taking on recruiting as our Hiring Manager and then being promoted to our Employee Success Manager earlier this year. Her performance has continued to inspire and provide value for ML and our team. In recognition of that, she is joining our Senior Leadership Team as our new Director of Employee Success!
