I love the culture at xMatters. I feel I can contribute without worrying about people being toxic or cut-throat. This has been the best place I've ever worked with. If I have to pick 1 place to work at for the next 20 years and I cannot change jobs, I'll pick xMatters in a heartbeat.

After xMatters was acquired by Everbridge, we've got some pressure from Everbridge side to accept their people. They're not as good.

Merger with Everbridge changed the culture. Sometimes, management doesn't listen to feedback.
