Pros

Some teams have supportive colleagues at the peer level. Office infrastructure is decent. Salary is competitive for certain roles. Opportunity to learn resilience and handle pressure (if viewed positively).

Cons

I joined the company with high expectations, but the work culture turned out to be extremely disappointing. The leadership style is authoritarian, with frequent public yelling and an overall environment of fear rather than collaboration. Employees are often spoken to disrespectfully, and concerns are not heard or acknowledged. Work timings are excessively strict. Despite the official schedule being 9 to 6, employees are expected to be at their desks exactly at 9:00 AM and discouraged from leaving at 6:00 PM. There is absolutely no flexibility, even for genuine reasons. The CEO recently sent a company-wide email that was highly demotivating, labeling employees as negative influences and questioning their commitment. Instead of promoting trust, the communication created an atmosphere of blame and shaming. Statements comparing employees to “blue collar workers” and implying that people do not deserve basic flexibility reflect a very unhealthy mindset. Leadership often treats employees as resources rather than people. The culture encourages micromanagement and discourages open dialogue. Even routine meetings involve repeated reminders due to distrust, and the tone from the top is consistently harsh. Overall, this is not a people-first company. The work environment lacks respect, flexibility, and psychological safety. Anyone considering joining should be aware of the highly rigid and stressful culture before making a decision.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and candid review. We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt discouraging and did not align with what you were hoping for. Respectful communication, trust, and psychological safety are central to our culture, and feedback referencing these areas is reviewed with seriousness. In fast-moving, high-expectation environments, we place strong emphasis on reinforcing clear standards, constructive communication, and healthy ways of working across teams. As a growing organization with ambitious goals, there are moments where structure and discipline can feel demanding. At the same time, we believe sustainable performance is built through clarity, accountability, and mutual respect, and we continue to strengthen how these principles are practiced as we scale. We encourage concerns to be raised through the appropriate internal channels, where they can be understood in context and addressed thoughtfully with the right support, coaching, or course-correction where required. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the very best moving forward. Please do reach out to the HR team for further support and understanding. Way HR Team

Pros

...Free water... When stocked, free coffee. They provide a desk and chair. Computers that are provided work, sometimes....

Cons

Hands down the worst "company" I've ever experienced in Silicon Valley. If you come across them, run. Run the other direction for your own good. Trust me. I totally regret working for them.
