Pros
I worked for Incapsulate for more then 12 months and while there were challenges, the company was dedicated to getting better. Change at times was slow, but there was a big difference by the time I left. The people are great and really passionate about what they do. It's a team environment and everyone is willing to help each other out. Salary is competitive or higher then market; they want strong talent and they are willing to pay for it. Strong technology use; willing to try new things and always pushing people to learn. Challenging, fast paced environment. Career growth opportunities.
Cons
They have your typical small company issues but should continue to get better, just at a slower pace. It can be a stressful environment so if you're easily frustrated and want a more relaxed place to work, then find a bigger company that is more established.
