8yThank you for the feedback. As a company work/life balance is very important to us and we also are constantly bench-marking local salaries and benefits.
From the research, we know that we do offer a very competitive total compensation package for our teams. Each employee must also decide what is most important to them, work/life balance, liking what they do, making the most money etc. We do also offer advancement opportunities in the form of promoting Team Leads from only internal employees, allowing employees to start new projects and the ability to advance to more technical roles as they learn and grow with the company.
