      Non-inclusive Favouritism One of the Sr. Developer is very rude if you join you will know who He keeps bragging about his drug abuse They make us go to schools for some education programs and then expect us to be back after a tiring day and still sit at the desk and work Appraisals are not that great Leasure/team building activities are the worst Politics is noticable And some people make you feel like an outsider and talk about you behind your back
