Pros

I was left alone to run my store as I see fit

Cons

-Poor Upper Level Management (No support for front line staff) -Unorganized HQ - no internal communication, no follow up from Director of Stores, No District Managers to support stores -No training program (opened a new store and shown in 10 minutes how to use the POS system and left to fend for ourselves) -Sales Targets are not based on any supporting data to the demographic and market that the store is in -Buyers are out of touch with what sells in different markets and do not buy enough Hero items to support store sell through on these products

Pros

- Amazing bosses - flexible schedule - good pay - no unreasonable target to achieve - added incentives for selling

Cons

Absolutely horrible upper management at the head office in Montreal. Zero communication given to managers or staff. No direction what so ever and no product given to our store. Store was eventually shut down (as well as Toronto Store) due to head offices poor business plan and practices. Didn't tell us until the very end so we wouldn't quit and find other work. Head office is full of cowards.
