      Really smart group of legal leaders, interesting projects.

      Cons

      Toxic culture with a very bizarre leadership who needs constant affirmation. Heavy drinking culture, beyond a glass of wine, not sure how they function.

      Do not work here. It is the worst job I have ever had. This is a career killer.

      Leadership is non-existent. Decision making is non-existent. Repeat business in non-existent. New business is non-existent.

      Pros

      Interesting work with top Legal firms and firm leadership. Great entertaining events and WFH.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking any formal direction and is lead by old folks that cannot get career opportunities anywhere else. There is not such thing as work / life balance as the CEO tends to lean on the fact that if you are an employee she owns your business and personal time. No real opportunity for growth as all new ideas are stricken down and continuing education is not to be done during working hours. However, when you are working 60-80 hours per week there is no personal time. They also never pay out bonuses or the company trips.
