Not too difficult, clear and transparent. The entire process from first connection to offer took a little over 3 weeks, and there Was considerable interest so we get we’re quick to jump.

Process was several weeks long culminating in scheduled meeting with the President. She stood me up 2x while I sat on the call, headset on waiting. She never showed either time. I reached out to a current employee on LinkedIn to get some confidential info and the response I received was helpful and brutally honest... RUN, you do not want to work here for this President! So I did and declined to continue the interview process.
