Even though we are fully remote, I never feel
Like communication or comrades suffers.
A good mix of collaboration and autonomy!
Working with closely with Google tech was a pro. Also, some of the contractors were nice.
Cons
There is an inner circle and clique. There are parts of the compensation structure that are simply not honored. Compensation is opaque.
The CEO has a very childish and vengeful attitude, always badmouthing former colleagues and talking poorly about clients behind their back.
