Pros
One of the most interesting aspects about working at Zencore is that we have a chance to work with a lot of the latest GCP products, our customers are very far ahead in terms of their cloud adoption.
That means we get to implement products like Spanner, Vertex AI, Bigtable, Cloud Run, Cloud Composer, AlloyDB and a lot of other new technologies.
Due to the large amount of talent that is available within the company, we have a 100% success rate in project execution, and our customers are happy. It's always better to work for happy customers.
Work-life balance has also been great, and I rarely have to work more than 40hs per week.
Cons
The onboarding process is a bit long for some, you can expect not having a lot to do for the first 1-2 months until you're assigned to your first project. This could be a good time to pursue a certification, or research some topic that interests you, but you never had time for.
This is not a company for people who want to be part of a large team where they can underperform and never be noticed. I had to work with some colleagues that seemed to be overemployed (that is, they were doing other jobs at the same time), and they were all let go pretty quickly.
