Pros

they’ll provide you a house if you would work like a dog

Cons

- Egoistic boss. - Inhuman boss. - No leadership, only bossing around. - MESSY management. They will never know what they want, keep changing things so you’ll stuck in a task for hours and waste your time. Then they will question you for taking so much time. - Masked a condemning session as “team dinner” - Will disturb you after working hours for sure - No career growth - No medical benefits whatsoever - Disgusting culture and value implemented by the boss - Management think they’re so smart and better than you they will treat you like garbage. - Wasted my time here and gained nothing but a terrible experience (at least I will forever be traumatised)

Pros

No pro except maybe if you are pretty, boss might cut you some slack.

Cons

Messy management, masked as management team but I guess the upper management are sleeping together. Go Google about the boss and you realise the same exact scenario happened to him every single time. Lied to investors but used the money on self. Stingy AF.

Pros

The good thing is to train yourself on how to handle stress and an egoistic boss's attitude.

Cons

Low EQ management, they think they are smart but they are not, management has no experience in staff management, always change of direction. The management always blamed an employee for the mistake that he himself made it. The management always kicks the problem to others while he has failed to settle the problem.
