    Very easy to find a job after that (maybe not for the same salary tho).

    Long learning curve long, not for everyone. Company in decline, stressed staff and atmosphere.

    Use to be fun, good culture a long time ago. Benefits were good, so many cut backs now

    Favoritism, sneaky business practices, commission rates very poor

    Poor process with very limited room given to improve them. No one believes in the products, but even the employees. Sales practice...

    In the past: ability to move between departments, coworkers, benefits, fun team building events Now: nothing

    Cons

    No decent raises in years, meaning salaries have fallen behind the rest of the market Benefits aren't as good as they used to be Company will probably go under in a few years

    give raises, take a good hard look at your products, and talk to the people who actually do the job before making big changes

    Stop listen to the hedge fund that owns most of the shares of the company cause they are going to cash out and leave you stranded.
